Therapy, Pain Relief, and Visionary Cranio-Sacral Therapy™
are not massage.
The total time for each consultation, depending on your needs, is
likely to be 1.5 - 2 hours. First appointments tend to be longer,
between 2 - 3 hours.
Polarity Therapy, Pain Relief, and Visionary Cranio-Sacral
Therapy™ encompass (1) hands-on contacts by the practitioner
(while you remain fully clothed), (2) self-awareness, (3) energy
based food intake, and (4) energy based movement as recommended
by the practitioner from time to time. Sessions will be combinations
of these tools, in varying ratios. A typical consultation involves
a period of quiet, self -wareness discussion prior to work on the
table. However, it is fully possible that a whole session might
be e.g. solely a self-awarness discussion.
Therapy involves sustained, subtle hands-on contacts on the head,
neck, lower back, and other parts of the body as may be necessary.
you are ill, it probably took you a long time to get to this point
and it is likely to take a significant period of time, and a genuine
commitment on your part to restore yourself and your life. A realistic
time frame in which to see genuine and lasting improvement can be
as long as a year, depending on the severity of your situation.
you are recovering from an accident or sudden major injury, the
therapeutic process could be equally as long. Again, it depends
on the severity of your situation.
process is subtle yet profound.
will need to be willing to truly engage with your process and "work",
and that these are not passive - subtle, yes, but not passive.
practitioner can support you by facilitating and walking beside
you through your process but cannot DO your process for you.
practitioner will confine interaction with you to professional practice
within the professional boundaries that apply to the practitioner
and client interaction? NOTE: The practitioner-client
interaction is not the appropriate place for
a friendship or similar personal interaction.
The purpose of practitioner-client interaction is the client's
wellness process and where a client's feelings towards or about
the practitioner, or the work being done, are counter-productive
to that process, the practitioner is ethically bound to refer the
client to another practitioner or method in order to ensure the
client's ultimate well being.

and will avoid enabling you to remain stuck in these patterns.

Will it be easy? Maybe. Maybe not. It is definitely subtle. Is it simple?
Yes. Does simple mean easy? Sometimes. Not necessarily. So... You choose
what is right for your life right now. It is up to you what you choose.
& RESCHEDULING POLICY
appointment time has been scheduled just for you so that you can begin
your appointment upon arrival rather than spending time in a waiting
room, and is organized to ensure that you receive exclusive attention
for the full duration of your session.
minute cancellations or changes, or failure to keep an appointment affect
not only time management at 6th Dimension but also the welfare
of others who would have been glad to have your appointment time if
it had been available. The ONLY exception is in the
case of sudden serious illness or genuine emergency preventing you from
keeping your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES must be made BY
PHONE - USA CONTACT,
Mon - Fri., 10.00 am - 6.00 pm; voicemail accepted. Calls and voicemails
after 6 pm will be considered to be part of the following business day.
Changes or cancellations by email will only be accepted if received
by this office at least 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment. (If
you do not receive acknowledgment of your email notification, please
call to ensure it has been received and to avoid rescheduling fees.)
Unless notification is received within these time frames, your fees
owing will be calculated according to the requirements indicated below.
Please note the following time limits
and charges if you need to reschedule:
received by 6th Dimension™ two or more business days (i.e.
48 hours or more) before your scheduled appointment, no charge.
less than two business days before (i.e. 24 - 48 hours), half fee.
less than one business day (i.e. less than 24 hours), same day,
& missed appointments, full fee.
missed appointments without notification will be assumed to be termination
of the therapeutic process by the client.
fees will be added to the fee for your next appointment, due at that
time. Where no subsequent appointments exists, you will be invoiced.
- To confirm your first
appointment: an electronic invoice will be issued to you for prepayment
of your first appointment. That prepayment confirms your appointment.
The balance owing
for any additional time beyond the first two hours will be due at
the conclusion of your first appointment.
- Changes or cancellation
must be received a minimum 3 business days prior to your appointment
day if you wish to receive a refund of your prepayment.
- If you miss your first
appointment without notifying 6th Dimension™, others could have
benefitted from the time held for you so your pre-payment will be
applied to the time scheduled for you as though you had attended.
- One re-scheduling of
a first appointment will be accepted.
- If an initial appointment
is rescheduled then missed a second time, it will be assumed that
you do not wish to receive therapy services at 6th Dimension™
and no subsequent sessions will be scheduled.

Information about fees will be emailed to you when you schedule your
Therapy clients, payment is due at the time of consultation.
Therapy clients, an invoice for the first two hours of your
first appointment will be emailed to you - payable online or by check
mailed to our post office box. Payment must be received a minimum of
three business days prior to your appointment.
Clients, please also note: The "deposit" is in order to
cover the pre-allocation of time for you. When you set your first appointment,
a 3 hour time slot will be set aside EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU. Your appointment
will probably take 2 - 2.5 hrs max, but we schedule that extra hour
in case important health matters come up during your first visit. If
you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, that entire time has
been held for you and your minimum first appointment fee for the first
two hours is due according to the cancellation policy above. Because
your appointment time is held EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU, if you simply don't
show up, others have missed out on time with the practitioner, the practitioner
has set aside the minimum three hours, and there isn't a waiting room
full of patients who can be called in instead of you, so except in the
case of genuine emergency, 6th Dimension™ policy is to retain
the deposit and reschedule only according to the rescheduling policy
